The Wisconsin Transportation Information Center (TIC) provides training and technical resources to help Wisconsin local officials effectively maintain roads and improve street and highway safety. TIC delivers training throughout the state and provides technical assistance to Wisconsin local agencies. TIC also offers two certificate programs: the Public Works Supervisory Academy (PWSA) and the Public Works Management Institute (PWMI).
